Costa Adeje
"Tenerife Costa Adeje" is the playground for the demanding vacationer and offers all guests a varied vacation. It belongs to the district administration of Adeje. This is a small town above "Tenerife Costa Adeje" in the mountains. Most locals live here.
This is very different in Costa Adeje. The place has been artificially created in the last 3 decades and is a playground for sun-seeking tourists from all European countries.
Mostly British and German.
Most 4 and 5 star hotels as well as aparthotels, holiday complexes, holiday apartments and private villas are located here. Thus, there is a large selection for the discerning guest. Elegant shopping centers alternate with branded boutiques, first-class restaurants and leisure facilities.
"Tenerife Costa Adeie" also has very beautiful beaches ranging from light sand to dark lava sand. They are: Playa del Troya, Playa del Bobo, Playa del Puerto Colon, Playa del
Duque, Playa del Enramada and Play del La Caleta.
The coast is also very appreciated by divers. The diving club "Barakuda" has been popular for more than 20 years.
Costa Adeje on land, in the water and in the air
Siam Park deserves a special mention. This is the largest water park in Europe and a special attraction for tourists. A free shuttle bus picks up the guests from the hotels and some stops.
Another attraction of "Tenerife Costa Adeje" is the water park "Aqualand Costa Adeje" with dolphinarium. All this is offered in the marina of "Puerto Colon": deep sea fishing, whale watching, stand up paddling, sailing, surfing, diving, banana Trip and much more. Costa Adeje has a helipad for sightseeing flights and a landing pad for paragliders.
Hikers can hike through the Barranco del Inferno (in English: Hell Gorge). Depending on
season you can visit the only waterfall on the island.
Not to be forgotten are the golfers. The "Golf Costa Adeje" golf course is a very beautiful, well-designed golf course with a wonderful view of the Atlantic. There are several practice areas, making the course well suited for beginners and golf professionals.
Directly adjacent to the golf course is the T3 Training Center with football pitches, tennis courts, paddle courts, swimming pools and much more. "Tenerife Costa Adeje" is currently the trendiest location for discerning holidaymakers on the Canary Islands.
