Our website offers you the opportunity to make a non-binding inquiry, to make an instant booking with a 20% deposit or to make an instant booking with a full payment.
In any case, you must fill out the inquiry form. You will then receive an email with the information you requested.
Processing the booking:
Upon request, you will receive a non-binding offer from us with a time-limited reservation by e.mail with all the details relevant to the booking. If you agree to the offer, please transfer the amount listed in the offer to the account specified. Your booking is therefore binding and you will receive a booking confirmation stating the remaining payment immediately after the deposit has been received in our account.
Cancellation of trip:
If you do not show up on the day of arrival or do not move in, the deposit will be retained.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Loss of rent must be paid as follows: up to 4 months before the start of the trip 10% of the rental price up to 2 months before the start of the trip 20% of the rental price up to 1 month before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price up to 3 weeks before the start of the trip 70% of the rental price up to 2 weeks before the start of the trip 80% of the rental price from 13 days before the start of the trip 100% of the rental price.
In the event of cancellation, a flat rate of €50 will be retained as processing costs.
If you have booked a flight that arrives shortly after midnight (usually flights from Madrid), you can only move in from 4:00 p.m. In this case, you should book a day in advance so that you don't have to spend the night at the airport. This means you can move in immediately upon arrival. Please take this into account when booking.
The deposit paid to third parties as an agency commission cannot be refunded if the customer withdraws or does not start the trip.
The tenant is entitled to name a replacement person for the rental period.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. as stated in the offer with link.
Move-in and move-out times:
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Sometimes it is possible to move in earlier.

Unjustified waiting times by our staff (if the agreed appointment is not kept) will be charged at €20 per hour.
Late check-in after 9 p.m. will incur a surcharge of €30.
Check out must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. On the day of departure, cleaning staff must be granted access to the property from 10:00 a.m.
Otherwise, contact the administration (+44 7723 727 088) to book another day of stay.
However, other times for moving in and out are usually possible upon request. You can also leave your luggage at any time.
One-time final cleaning.
You take care of the property being cleaned on the day of arrival. If, contrary to expectations, the property is not clean, please complain about this immediately on our hotline
+44 7723 727 088 to remedy the situation. You are not required to carry out final cleaning when you move out.
Intermediate cleaning is possible on request and for an additional charge.
Bed linen that can be changed is available in the property and must be changed by you yourself. Please do not wash bed linen or towels from the property. Place the dirty laundry in the laundry basket. This will be picked up weekly by appointment and exchanged for clean laundry.
